A size that doesn’t change in print
Every size in dekorcakes is in millimetres and centimetres, not pixels. A 10 cm topper in the layout is 10 cm on paper. Proportions are kept: set the height and the width is calculated.
A sheet laid out for you
- A4, A3 or a custom size, portrait or landscape.
- The margin to the edge of the sheet and the gap between pictures — as you need them.
- If the toppers don’t fit on one sheet, the next one is added automatically.
- Copies of the same figure (say, 12 stars) by duplicating, without cutting out again.
- Drag, rotate and resize right on the sheet.
Lettering in a real font
A child’s name or “Happy Birthday” is better set in a font than drawn. In dekorcakes the text is created on a transparent background in high resolution: several fonts, a colour, an outline and a shadow — without AI and at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
What toppers can I make?
Any flat pictures for printing: numbers, names, characters, animals, flowers, stars, logos. You can cut them out of a photo, create them from a description with AI or upload your own.
Can I print toppers on A3?
Yes, the sheet can be A4, A3 or a custom size. If fewer pages come out on A3, the service tells you.
How do I fit the toppers closer together?
Press “Optimize”: the service lays the pictures out with your margins and gaps and turns them by 90° where more fits.
Can I show the toppers to the customer before printing?
Yes. Create a link for the customer: they see the layout without an account, can leave a comment and press “Approve design”.
