Terms of Use

1. What the service does

dekorcakes helps you prepare cake decorations: cut elements out of photos, remove backgrounds, improve quality, create pictures from a description with AI, set sizes in centimetres, lay out A4/A3 sheets, design a cake and export files for printing.

2. Your account

• Give true details and keep your password safe; actions from your account are treated as yours.
• One account is for one person or business; do not give access to others.

3. Plans and limits

The number of AI images, exports and file storage depends on your plan (see “Plans”). Unused monthly AI images do not carry over; purchased ones do not expire. If an AI action fails, the image is returned to you. Payment terms are in the Public Offer.

4. Your content and the rights to it

• The rights to the photos and pictures you upload stay with you. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service.
• You are responsible for having the right to use the content you upload — including photos of people, logos, trademarks and famous characters.
• We do not guarantee that images of famous characters or brands may lawfully be sold or printed for commercial sale. Such use is at your own risk and needs the rights holder’s permission.

5. What is not allowed

• content that breaks the law, the rights of other people or copyright;
• sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, discrimination;
• attempts to get around limits, access restrictions or content checks;
• automated mass access without our consent, interfering with the service.

For a violation we may remove content, restrict AI features or block the account.

6. AI results

AI images are created automatically and can contain inaccuracies: differences from the photo, mistakes in letters, artefacts. Check the result before printing. For exact text we recommend lettering made with the service’s own fonts.

7. Printing

The service calculates sizes in millimetres and creates a file of real physical size, but colours, the paper (wafer, sugar, photo) and printer settings affect the result. Make a test print before printing a large batch.

8. Rights holders’ complaints

If you believe content in the service violates your rights, write to [email protected] with: a description of your work or mark, a link to or description of the disputed content, proof of your rights and your contact details. We will review the request and, if a violation is confirmed, remove the content or restrict access to it.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or the results of printing without checking. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.

10. Termination

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may end access if these terms are broken, warning you where possible. After the account is deleted, your projects and files are deleted.

11. Changes and governing law

We will tell you about significant changes to the terms in advance. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if that fails, in the court at the location of the service owner. Contact: [email protected].
