Cookie Policy
Version of October 21, 2026
dekorcakes uses necessary cookies and the browser’s local storage — for signing in and convenient settings — and Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. There are no advertising cookies.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files a site keeps in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar mechanism for interface settings.
2. What we use
- Sign-in cookies (Supabase Auth session) — to keep you signed in. The account does not work without them. They last until you sign out or the session ends.
- Interface settings in localStorage — for example the look of the exports list or collapsed sections, and your cookie choice. They stay in your browser and are not sent to the server.
- Google Analytics (cookies
_ga,_ga_*, up to 2 years) — only if you pressed “Accept” in the banner. It shows where visitors come from and which pages of the site they open. Google receives the page address without project or link identifiers, and without the names or contents of your projects. The data is processed by Google (USA); advertising is not turned on. If you chose “Essential only”, the Google script is not loaded at all. Visitors from the USA do not see the banner: analytics is on until you press “Do not track me” (in the footer and below) or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal — then the Google script is not loaded.
We count the use of the service itself (projects, exports) on our own server, without third-party cookies.
3. How to manage them
You can withdraw your consent to Google Analytics at any time: .
For visitors from the USA we treat a Global Privacy Control signal in the browser as opting out of analytics.
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. After that you will have to sign in again, and interface settings return to their defaults.
