Public Offer

1. Subject

The Provider gives the Customer access to the online service dekorcakes within the chosen plan, and the Customer pays for it. The service is provided remotely, over the internet.

2. Plans and prices

• Free — $0 a month: 3 trial AI images; 10 PDF / PNG / JPG exports a month; 500 MB of file storage; Cut-out, background removal, enhancement, lettering — unlimited; Library and cake designer, A4 and A3 sheets; Client links — a 10-day trial in one project.
• Builder — $4.99 a month: Unlimited PDF / PNG / JPG exports; Client links with approval; 1 GB of file storage; Cut-out, background removal, enhancement, lettering — unlimited; Library and cake designer, A4 and A3 sheets.
• Start — $9.99 a month: 45 AI images a month; Unlimited PDF / PNG / JPG exports; Client links with approval; 3 GB of file storage; Cut-out, background removal, enhancement, lettering — unlimited; Library and cake designer, A4 and A3 sheets.
• Pro — $19.99 a month: 100 AI images a month; Unlimited PDF / PNG / JPG exports; Client links with approval; 10 GB of file storage; Cut-out, background removal, enhancement, lettering — unlimited; Library and cake designer, A4 and A3 sheets.
• Top-up: 30 AI images — $5.99. They do not expire and are used after the monthly ones.

An AI image is one picture drawn by AI. Cutting out, “Remove background”, “Enhance”, lettering in fonts and export do not use AI images. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed in Ukraine: your bank may show the charge in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at its exchange rate and add a foreign transaction fee. The Provider may change prices by giving at least 14 days’ notice; a period already paid for stays at the old price.

3. Payment and renewal

• Payment is by card through WayForPay, in advance for 30 days.
• There is no automatic renewal and no repeat charges: a plan lasts 30 days from the moment of payment, then the account returns to Free. To continue, the Customer pays for a new period on the “Plans” page; the service reminds you 3 days before the end.
• Paying for the same plan before the period ends adds 30 days after the current one. A different plan starts at the moment of payment and replaces the current one.
• Card details are processed by the payment service; the Provider does not receive them.

4. Refunds

• If the service was unavailable through the Provider’s fault for more than 3 days in a row, the period is extended.
• Used AI images, and top-ups from which images have been spent, are not refunded.
• Send a refund request to [email protected]; the money is returned to the same card.

5. Obligations of the parties

The Provider keeps the service running, stores the data and gives support at [email protected]. The Customer uses the service under the Terms of Use and pays for the plan on time.

6. Term and termination

The agreement is in force from payment to the end of the paid period, and for purchased AI images until they are used or the account is deleted. The Provider may end access if the Terms of Use are broken.

7. Other

The agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine, including the Laws “On Consumer Rights Protection” and “On Electronic Commerce”. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
